The eKeeper system allows a user to added their Gmail email account details, in order to send out-bounds bound emails from the CRM, via your Gmail email server. This is done by using the Gmail SMTP details, which allow a third party (EKeeper) connection.

If you do cannot see the ‘Email Setup’ panel against your user profile, the following user permission will need to be enabled against your user group:

  • Can Maintain OWN email server details
