Introduction

This page will allow you to enable Microsoft Edge for Document Editing.


Tip

Step 1 : Click Here to go to the chrome web store

Step 2 : Click on “Get” then click on “Add extension” on the popup box as shown.

Further Information

User Permissions

The specific user permission needs to be enabled to allow users to produce letters on products.

Home > System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions > Click edit on the user group you wish to update

Accessing Extensions

Launch the Microsoft Edge browser and enter the following URL edge://extensions/

Enable theAllow extensions from other storestoggle, in the bottom left of your screen,

This will open a pop-up window, which will show asking to allow the extension.

You will need to click allow.

After allowing the extensions, you will need to install the “Document Editor Launcher for eKeeper CRM” from the below link:

Copy & Paste this link into your Edge browser.

Once you press the “Add to Chrome” button, a pop up will show asking you to either “Add Extension” or “Cancel

You will need to press “Add Extension

Once this has been completed, the extension will be added to your Microsoft Edge browser.

Navigate to the extensions page and click the “details”link against the document editor and “Allow access to file URLsImage Removed
