Introduction

📝 General notes

📝 Detail notes

Intro went well, with no questions up until the point where the client raised performance issues (loading time) with the existing CRM version.

💭 Ideas

📣 Actions

  •  Raise performance issues the client came across with the dev team

Demo

1. Fact Find Overview page

📝 General notes

📝 Detail notes

They loved the new look&feel of the page, they even mentioned: “1 mln % improve”, “looks fresh”, and “user-friendly”, “easy to do”. Had a few questions regarding products and being able to view a history of them.

Good comment about customers who have 4-5 properties, and thinking about these user types.

The customer has Burrow FactFind set up but hasn’t used it yet. Hasn’t used subsets.

Good feedback on what the subsets would be for the customer, and what questions would they have in each of the 3 subsets.

💭 Ideas

  • Show “Active products” or “Archived products” [0:10:00]

2. Fact Find Inputs page

📝 General notes

📝 Detail notes

Comments like “Much slicker” and “wow” appeared a number of times. The client loved the look and feel, also how easy it is to scan the page.

Notes - whether they sit alongside the fact find page or at the bottom of it - doesn't matter, as long it’s accessible from the page.

The guys were fine with the horizontal scroll, what they really liked was the home track. They liked the autosave too.

Page completed for them means - all mandatory questions are done.

No preference on the label & input layout.

💭 Ideas

  • Position Applicants panel at the top of the secondary nav

  • Use regions rather than postcodes for the budget planner

📣 Actions

  •  Make a decision on label + input layout

Other

📝 Detail notes

Case workflow:
Ask basic questions (name, address, contact details, what are they looking to do) 👉 get a credit report 👉 get payslips 👉 select the right product 👉 qualify lead 👉 run basic sourcing 👉 detailed FF 👉 full sourcing 👉application.

Everything is set around a product.

Notes are super important when talking to a client and specific to a product.

💭 Ideas

  • When you copy the Fact Find over, DON'T copy the notes

  • Have an ability to put notes for soft facts

  • Position Applicants panel at the top of the secondary nav

  • Use regions rather than postcodes for the budget planner

  • Show “Active products” or “Archived products” [0:10:00]

📣 Actions

  •  Raise performance issues the client came across with the dev team
  •  Make a decision on label + input layout
