titleSetup a redirect URL

This is done by performing the following action:

Now click on under the actions button the EDIT option against the integration.

Here you should see a setting called ‘Redirect URLs’ at the bottom of the screen:

Please click ‘Add URL’ and place the following 2 entries (replacing SERVERNAME element with that from you own eKeeper site link):

https://SERVERNAME.ekeeperonline.co.uk/api/v1/app/esignature/updateStatus

 After putting the link into the box click the save button at the bottom of the screen.

titleRequest DocuSign account to 'Go-LIVE REVIEW'

NOTICE

Once your system has been updated with this key, you will need to complete 20 successful DocuSign documents, sent from EKeeper CRM. These need to be:

  • Received and opened by the chosen recipient

  • Signed and returned, using the DocuSign process

  • The recipient will receive a copy, this also needs to be opened

Your signed copy of the document will be received into the originating product, within the EKeeper CRM, along with a system notification.

Note

IMPORTANT

DocuSign requires each of the 20 successful documents to have a minimum interval of 15 minutes between each creation time each document.

After 20 successful documents have been generated, you would then need to request DocuSign updates your account to a LIVE status. This is done by performing the following action:

DocuSign Account 'LIVE'

Once your request is approved, DocuSign requires you to make the account LIVE:
