Installing the eKeeper extension

IMPORTANT: How to switch over to using the Chrome Extension The eKeeper system can now automatically detect what browser you are using and will automatically switch if you are using Google Chrome. All you need to do is to follow the below guide to install and enable the extension. |

Step 1 : Install The Chrome ExtensionClick this link to go to the chrome web storehttps://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/document-editor-launcher/jlgiebagoededdbpmclnglmdlagfpdhe |

Step 2 : Click Add to Chrome. |

Step 3 : The extensions will let you know if it needs certain permissions or data. |

Step 4 : Click the Extension button in the top right hand corner |

Step 5 : Click the 3 dots next to the extension |

Step 6 : Click Manage extensions |

Step 7 : Click on the Details button. |
Also ensure the toggle button in the bottom-right is on

Step 8 : Toggle Allow access to file URLs on. |
Without this step you will see the following message:

Step 8 : Done! You’re ready to go! |
NOTE:
If you’re using a computer through your work, your organisation might block some extensions.
Should this be the case, please contact them to request approval.
