Introduction

This guide will talk you through how to import the data into your EKeeper CRM.

Please ensure your have read and followed the guides on how to prepare you data for import.

User Permissions

First step will be turning-on the feature and is subject to the commercial terms agreed with you account manager at point of sale.

You need to contact the Service Desk to have this permissions enabled.



Once enabled, you will have the feature available within the system settings page.

Home > System Settings > Bulk Upload


The bulk upload page displays a list of historic uploads, along with the status, dates and type of upload.

Once you have a readied CSV file, you next need to select ‘Products’ under the option ‘What would you like to upload?’.

Followed by clicking ‘Choose File’ to locate the CSV file you wish to upload.


You are now ready to click the ‘Upload File’ button, located at the bottom of your page.


The following error message will appear at the top of your page if you have selected a file which is either empty or the contents is not readable.


The system will perform a check on the uploaded contents and notify you in the following screen.

What do the following icon mean?

Delete an entry before upload.

Edit an entry before upload.


When you are happy with the final version, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of your page.


Upon successful submission, the system will create the following notification at the top of your screen.

NOTE:

Your file upload has now been queued.

The system run this process every 15 minutes, please check back on this page to view the status of the upload.
