Introduction

A customer’s case contains all the products they have taken with you, this guide will show you how to share the tasks & details of multiple products to the Finova Client Portal.


How to show multiple product

Step 1:

  • Navigate to the applicant(s) product

  • Ensure your applicant(s) have been invited and accepted the portal invitation

Step 2:

  • By default, the first mortgage product will already be synced to display on the portal

  • Now select the additional product you wish to have displayed to your customer by selecting the product tab.
    - In this example, we will select the LIFE product


Step 3:

  • Now place a tick in the option field called “Show On Finova Client Portal


Step 4:

  • Next click the SAVE button at the bottom of your screen to activate the change.
