The first step that will need to be done if you are wanting want to use the finova Finova Broker CRM Toolbox integration is to send us a request either through our ticketing system or by emailing broker.support@finova.tech. When you send through this email, please let us know if you are wanting want to manually configure your own fact find to work with the integration as per our Toolbox Factfind Integration - Factfind Applicant Selection guide or if you are wanting us to provide a pre-configured fact find as well as a few prebuilt suitability letters to go with it. Please be aware that the Toolbox Fact Find is not compatible with the finova Client Portal fact find.
