Email/SMS communication of portal logins

Within your eKeeper CRM system there are unique merge fields for the customers ID and password 

You can create an email/SMS template that contains the merge fields, this will then advise the customer of their portal ID and a password reset link

By associating this email/SMS template to a stage where the portal login is automatically enabled the system will produce the email/SMS  and send this to the customer when the portal login is auto activated:


Note: You will need to repeat this process for all applicants should they all need login details
