Introduction

finova CRM provides functionality whereby a notification will be displayed to the user when a client uploads a document within their finova Client Portal


Location

Home / System settings / Global Settings

The option is held within the Portal Settings panel


How The Setting Works:

There are 2 options:

Notification for EACH document upload

With this setting switched off the user will get a notification for each file upload.

Notification once ALL documents are uploaded

With this setting switched on the user will get a notification for each file upload.
