Setting up Fees

Introduction

This page will demonstrate how you can create a new kind of fee in your eKeeper CRM.


User Permissions

The specific user permission needs to be enabled to allow users to edit the ‘Can setup fees'

Home > System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions > Click edit on the user group you wish to update

 

 


How to find the system setting

Navigate to the setup fees settings page.

Home > System Settings > Setup Fees

 


How to setup Fees

Scroll to the section headed 'Setup Fees'.

In this section, click on the option 'New Fee'

 

There are two panels on this page which are described briefly below:



Fee Details Panel

The fee details panel allows you to name your fee e.g. Broker fee, Proc fee, Solicitors commission etc. you can also choose if the fee is active and who to collect the fee from. 

Applies to products Panel

The Applies to Products panel allows you to select which of your Products your new fee is applicable to. You can also enable the fee to be added automatically when a particular type of product is created. 

 

Once you have made your selections click the Save Fee button. Your fee is now available to use on the products it is applicable to.
