Description

ID

This is the unique ID used for each customer in the retention dashboard.

Email Customer

This is the customer’s email address.

Product

This is the mortgage type; either residential or buy to let.

Amount

This is the estimated loan amount for this customer.

SVR Start

This is the date the SVR will start for this customer.

Date Stamp

This date field updates after every new action for example, when email is delivered or opened.

Email

The status here shows whether the email was:

  • Scheduled (to be sent at a scheduled date)

  • Calculated (current SVR and estimated loan amount has been calculated)

  • Sent (has been sent in the past)

Stream Tag

This shows the initial email type; whether it was an:

  • Alert (basic mortgage reminder of SVR date)

  • Non-personalized (showing the potential savings but not the loan details)

  • Personalised (showing the estimated loan details).

Validation

Simple tick or cross that shows whether the data on the uploaded csv has enough detail for customized emails.

CTA Datetime

When the Call to Action (CTA) was actioned.

CTA Status

Whether the Call to Action (CTA) has been used.

Adviser Status

Whether this has been picked up by an adviser.

Action

Defines the latest action taken.


You are able to further filter the results by the following:

  • ID

  • Email

  • Email Sent TO and FROM Date

  • Stream Tag (Dropdown)

  • Status (Dropdown)

  • CTA Status (Dropdown)
