Maintain Birthday Communications
Introduction
This page will demonstrate how to set up Birthday Communications.
User Permissions
The specific user permission needs to be enabled to maintain birthday communications.
Home > System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions > Click edit on the user group you wish to update

Navigate to ‘Maintain Birthday Communications’

How to setup
Once you have navigated to this page, you will see multiple options.
The highlighted sections are the most important on this page.
The ‘Default Sender’ will need to be set to ‘Specific User’.
The ‘Recipient’ will need to be set to ‘Birthday Applicants’
Once you have selecter the ‘Default Sender’ to ‘Specific User’ a second box will show. In this box you will need to select a user for the email to be sent from. This is completely up to you who you choose. If no user is selected, it will default to the 1st user created this year.
Below the previous sections will be the box on the right.
This is where you will create the birthday email.
Once you have completed this and are happy with the email, select ‘Save Email Template’
