Requesting the Client to Upload Documents in the finova Client Portal

Navigate to your customer case and open their mortgage product.

Next locate the ‘Supporting Documents’ panel.

If the item has not already been requested, select the ‘Not Required’ tab at the top of the panel.


On the row(s) containing the item(s) you wish to send into the burrow portal, update the ‘Status’ option to ‘Requested’.

Next, click the Save button at the bottom of you screen.

You update item(s) will now be displayed under the ‘Outstanding’ tab at the top of the panel.


You can now see the status of each item by hovering your mouse over the description name, under the the ‘Item’ column.
