Introduction

This article covers setting up your user profile on the finova CRM so that you can send emails out of your system.

Note

The screenshots displayed in this article have been taken from our test environment and may appear a little different to your system. However the steps will remain the same.

1. Before Starting - Contact Support Team to Enable Gmail

To display ‘Gmail’ as a email ‘Provider’ and register the email addresses you would like to use, you need to send an email to our Support Team - broker.support@finova.tech so they can enable this for you.

I can’t see ‘Gmail’ under 'Provider' ?

If you cannot see ‘Gmail’ on the ‘Provider’ dropdown, please contact our support team on broker.support@finova.tech with the message:

My name is [Your Name] from [Company], our site URL is [yoursitename.ekeeperonline.co.uk], please can you enable the ‘Gmail’ email provider for our site, and please enable this email address[es] for use with Gmail:

  • [The Gmail email address[es] you wish to connect]

  • [If you colleagues also wish to connect their Gmail email addresses too, also list them here]

Your site’s URL is found in the address bar of your internet browser, it will usually contain your company name followed by .ekeeperonline.co.uk
