Advanced Email Signatures - Inserting HTML Source code from your existing email signature

Introduction

For a basic guide to email signatures [click here] - To create/add a simple email signature quickly and easily you can do this within the editor within eKeeper or copy+paste from a Word document.

Alternatively, If you have particular fonts, colours and formatting on your email signature (or a professionally made HTML email signature), this guide will show you how you can insert your existing email signature into eKeeper to include that formatting.

Once you have inserted the signature with your desired formatting you will need to insert and resize your images, and add URL links.


Step 1:

Double-click to open the email in its own window


Step 2:

Actions >> Other Actions >> View Source

 

 


Step 3:

Select All (CTRL+A) → Right-Click, Copy (CTRL+C)

 


Step 4:

System Settings → 'Edit Your Details' or ‘Users’ → Email Setup


Step 5:

Tools → Source Code


Step 6:

Paste the source code into Tools → Source Code

Step 7:

‘Save As Picture’ all the images from your email template.

 

Step 8:

System Settings → Document Library → New Document Library Entry

Add the images from your email template to the 'Document Library' in order to insert them
