XPlan Mortgage

Introduction

Xplan is a sourcing integration which can provide illustrations for mortgages or insurance products.

System Permissions

Navigate to the following system screen:

Home > System Settings > Edit You User

Under the Integration Setup panel, select the XPlan tab.

Set the XPlan option to Yes.

Enter your XPlan username and password.

Now click the Save User button at the bottom of your screen and enter your password.

How to Use XPlan

Navigate to your applicant’s mortgage product.

Select the Export button at the bottom of your screen.

Then select XPlan Mortgages option in the pop-up menu.

What system fields map into XPlan?

The following fields are available to map into XPlan as part of the integration. These are split into 2 types, system defaulted mappings, and manual mappings, requiring user intervention:

System Default Mappings:

• Term

• Purchase Price

• Mortgage Amount

• Address Text

• Post Code

• Existing Loan Amount

• Existing Lender

• Actual Purchase Price

• Max LTV

• Applicant Name (first and last)

• Date Of Birth

• Applicant Title (Mr, Mrs etc.)

• Employment Status

• Occupation

• Sex/gender

The following items can be found by navigating to the system settings area.

Subject to the user having the appropriate system permissions.
