Password Reset Process

Introduction

You can manually reset your password by setting up your license specific security question and answer.

WARNING

The service desk will not reset your password without taking you through security protocols, which will include verification from the named account holder for your system.

Security procedures are there for both parties protection, in order to safeguard against any unauthorised access to your eKeeper CRM.

 

TOP TIP

If a coworker has the appropriate user permissions, they will be able to change your user password. This will be a lot quicker than asking the service desk to perform the request.


Resetting your Password

Should you forget your password, select the 'reset your password' link 


Enter your email address.

IMPORTANT

This has to match the email address recorded against your user profile.


The email should arrive within 5 minutes.

Once received use the 'Reset your password' link 

NOTE

Please check your Spam / Junk folder, as sometime this email can find its way into there.


Provide your security question answer

NOTE

This is not case sensitive


Once your security question has been answered you will be able to change your password

NOTE

Your new password must contain:

  • 8 characters

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 lower case letter

  • 1 special character


If successful you will be redirected to your login page with a prompt advising of a successful reset
