View Profile
Introduction
A view profile controls which fields a user can see, and which fields a user can edit on a product. This provides you with the ability to also have a different view profile for each user group, for example you may want the adviser to edit a field, but only allow a read-only view to the origination team.
There are 3 options per field (see right) they are as follows:
Edit - the user can see the field on their products and they can also edit the field contents.
View Only - the field will be read-only, displaying the entered value of the field in text.
Hidden – hides the field entirely.
IMPORTANT
If you make changes in this menu they will only affect the user group you are change (see the top of the screenshot to the right, where the user group being edited is the "Blocked User(s)" group).
Also note that changes will only affect users in that group once they log out of the CRM and then log back in.
User permissions
The specific user permission needs to be enabled to allow users to list participants.
Home > System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions > Edit (against the user group you wish to update).
