How to create a new Case Abandoned Reason

This page will display a list of Case Abandoned Reasons. Clicking the New Case Abandoned Reason will bring you to the editing page where you can:

• Sequence Number: Select where in the list the new reason appears 
• Case Abandoned Reason Description: This is the name and description of the new case abandoned reason
• Move to Stage on Case Abandoned: You can choose to move the case to a specific stage when this case abandoned reason is selected
