Access Levels
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
SENRO has flexible Structure then large such ss Networks or Aggregators to use the software to reconcile their commission payments, or small companies from Sole Traders of Large Practices. The organisational structure can be configured to support the following scenarios: -
- Head Office can have many Head Office Branches
- A Company Branch is assigned to a single Head Office Branch
- Companies can own many Company Branches
- Company Branches can be owned by many Companies
- Company Users can work for many Company Branches
- Teams are groups of Head Office and/or Company Users
- Head Office and/or Company Users can be members or leaders of many Teams
- Introducers can have many Introducer Branches
- Introducer Branches have a single Introducer Company
- Introducer Users can work for one introducer Branch
- Call Centre Companies have many Call Centre Users
- Call Centre Users belong to a single Call Centre Company
Viewing Rights
Navigation controls are arranged under each user profile and enable you to configure a customised view for user. Refer to navigation controls for more information.
Access to client files. is controlled under viewing rights in each user profile. When client viewing rights are configured, they are divided into the following categories.
Head Office Details
- Click on Management on the top navigation bar.
- Click on Head Office on the lower no navigation bar.
Each SENRO subscriber can store a single head office record. Each head office can have multiple branches,
divisions and users. You can view or enter more information under head office details.
NOte
If vou are a single company operating from a single branch, then head office details may not be required. Refer to the 'Company Section' and manage your data from there.

Companies are to branches under Ownership', where the percentage can be divided between all companies or associated to selected companies,

This table displays all active Company Branches. Each company branch record Stores information relating to branches and staff associated to the record.
Edit Company Branch Details
Note
Be owned more than 100%. This Section is important for 'Commission' Management. A Commission is owned by and the Commission distributed to companies based on their ownership Of the branch.
The ownership the company commission splits at the time fee expectation is created.
COMPANY BRANCHES - LINK CHANNELS

Each Branch can business through one or business channels, The branch must be associated to the channel creating the application.
Effective date determine the available channels at the time a is created.
