Company Staff

This section refers to the set up of your Company Staff. Set up includes creating new Company Staff; linking Company Staff to a Company Branch/es; and the configuration of Staff Viewing Rights and User Access Controls.

Viewing and Editing Company Staff Profiles:-

  • Click 'Management' on the top navigation bar.
  • Then click 'Company Staff under the 'Companies' tab on the lower navigation bar.

Note

Should you wish to disable a users access to the system, but wish to complete a bulk change of their outstanding activities and associated clients, their status must be setas 'Suspended' to enable you to complete these changes.
