Head Office Staff

Accessing the Head Office Staff Section

  • Select 'Management' contained with the main navigation.
  • Select 'Head Office' from the 'Management' drop down menu.
  • Select 'Head Office Staff' from the tabs available within 'Head Office'.

After your 'Primary Head Office' and 'Head Office Branch' have been created, you will have the ability to create 'Head Office Staff' profiles. This section will give you the ability to enter or view any 'Head Office Staff' your business may have.

Individual Details

The first tab you will be directed to enables you to editor create 'Head Office Staff' member details.

When you select 'Add Branch', the pop up screen shown below will open. This will give you the opportunity to associate that 'Head Office Staff' member toa single 'Head Office Branch'. To associate an additional branch, you must repeat this process. 

Personal Information

The next tab within the 'Head Office Staff' members profile is 'Personal Information'. This section will give you the opportunity to enter any personal information relating to the 'Head Office Staff' member. 

System Access

The next tab within the 'Head Office Staff' members profile is 'System Access'. This section will give you the opportunity to enter log in details to the system as well as 'Viewing Rights'.

Note

Should you wish to disable a users access to the system, but wish to complete a bulk change of their outstanding activities and associated clients, their status must be set as 'Suspended' to enable you to complete these changes.

The next tab within the 'Head Office Staff' members profile is 'Navigation Controls'. This section will give you the opportunity to allow or restrict the user's access within the system. This is reflected within the navigation bars when they log in, that is features willonly be viewable which have been 'Allowed' within the 'Navigation Controls'.

You also have the ability to use 'Default Navigation Settings' that are dictated by the 'Access Control' selected within 'Individual Details'.

Functionality Controls

The next tab within the 'Head Office Staff' members profile is 'Functionality Controls'. This section will give you the opportunity to allow and restrict viewing rights and editing rights specific features and fields within sections of your system.
