Sources (SENRO)

 Setting up your Sources

  • Select 'Sources' under the 'Configuration' tab in the top navigation bar.
  • This will open the page for 'Lead Types '

This section gives you the opportunity to create and set up your sources from which your business is generated. This is an extremely powerful reporting tool and is very simple to set up.

Before your initial set up, you need to piece together your various sources and break them down into the specific layers as follows:

Lead Types

  • 'Lead Types' are database configured, therefore cannot be created or amended by the user. They describe who was responsible for the introduction of business.
  • 'Lead Types' consist of 'Company Generated', 'Introducer Generated', 'Self Generated' and 'SENRO Introducers'.

Mode

  • 'Mode' describes how they contacted the business. Each Mode can only be assigned to one 'Lead Type'.

Motivation

  • 'Motivation' describes why they wanted to use your services. 'Motivations' can be assigned to single or multiple 'Modes'.

Triggers

  • 'Triggers' describes in more detail what triggered them to use your services. Triggers can be assigned to single or multiple 'Motivations'.

Trigger Details

  • 'Trigger Details' should contain specific information relating to each of your triggers. These could be details on specific marketing campaigns or internet browsers. Trigger Details are determined by the 'Trigger Type'.

An example of how 'Sources' could be set up is provided below. This details the different channels each level goes through.

Note

Introducer Users follow the same process through Sources, but each stage is separated from the rest. The Source stages for Introducers are non-configurable.

Trustees and Beneficiaries are captured through to the Mode only. This section is non-configurable.

  • Clients, Prospects, Opportunities and Business details allow you to track your sources as shown below.

Note

You have the ability to restrict individual users from being able to change source information captured from the initial creation of a client or business application by locking down the Source section. For further information on howto do this, refer to the Functionality Controls section of the 'System Viewing and Access Rights' user-guide.

Reports can be generated on the effectiveness of your sources. For further information on generating reports, please refer to the 'Performance Reports' user-guide.Â
