Contacts

Creating new Contacts and Accessing stored Contacts;-

  • Select 'Maintenance' on the upper navigation bar.
  • Select 'Contacts'on the lower navigation bar.

You can create contacts for a number of business categories and types. We believe that you should never enter information into your system more than once, with this in mind contact details entered into this page are stored and made available throughout the system allowing you to access your contact details easily and efficiently.

Contacts List;-

Note

Once a Contact is associated to a client's product details, you can no longer delete the contact from your list. This is a safe guard to ensure that data is never lost.

Adding a contact;-

  • Click the 'Add' icon within the contact page to enter details about the contact.

Pending Contact

Contacts with a 'Pending' status represent those which are clients of your practice but have not yet been verified. A system user with access to the Contacts page will be able to validate this information by clicking on the 'Pending' hyperlink. This will redirectyou to the Create & Match screen so that a duplication check maybe run before creating this contact as a Company Client. You may also validate the contact from the Awaiting Approval page by searching the contact's name and then running a duplication check through the Create & Match screen. This feature eliminates dulication of data entry.

Occupation Page of Client's record

When entering a new Company details against a clients Occupation record, a radio key allows for the Company to be converted toa Client. If yes is selected and saved, your contact will now appear with a 'Pending' status in the Contacts page ready for verification.
