Introduction

This page will allow you to enable Microsoft Edge for Document Editing.



Step 2 : ‘Allow extensions from other stores’


Step 3 : Add to Chrome


Step 4 : Go to Manage Extension


Step 5 : Tick these 2 boxes ‘Allow Access to file URLs’ & ‘Allow in InPrivate’


Step 6 : Done! You’re ready to go!


Further Information

User Permissions

The specific user permission needs to be enabled to allow users to produce letters on products.

Home > System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions > Click edit on the user group you wish to update

Accessing Extensions

Launch the Microsoft Edge browser and enter the following URL edge://extensions/

Enable the Allow extensions from other stores toggle, in the bottom left of your screen,


This will open a pop-up window, which will show asking to allow the extension.

You will need to click allow.


After allowing the extensions, you will need to install the “Document Editor Launcher for eKeeper CRM” from the below link:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/document-editor-launcher/jlgiebagoededdbpmclnglmdlagfpdhe

Copy & Paste this link into your Edge browser.


Once you press the “Add to Chrome” button, a pop up will show asking you to either “Add Extension” or “Cancel

Please select “Add Extension


Once this has been completed, the extension will be added to your Microsoft Edge browser.

Now navigate to and click the extension icon, located at the top bar of your browser screen.

Next, click on the 3 dots against the “Document Editor Launcher for eKeeper”


Navigate to the bottom left of this page place a tick against the following:

  • Allow In inPrivate”

  • Allow access to file URLs

You can now close this page.
