Introduction

This guide will take you through the process of mapping any a question on in the Burrow finova Client Portal on-boarding fact find, into your bespoke eKeeper CRM fact find.

NOTE

Please ensure you have the following user permission turned-on against your user group:

Location: Home / System Settings / User Permission Groups & Set Permissions


Location

Navigate to the following screen:

Home / System Settings / File-Find Structure(s)


Select the Fact Find

Choose the fact find you wish to add/edit the mapping change(s).


Mapping a Question

In this example, we are going to map Applicant 1’s Self Employed Net Income for the previous year.

On the page, we need to click on the button Select ‘Sections & Question’ for the row ‘Employment and Income’

The

next step requires us to scroll down the screen to Locate the ‘Self Employed’ section.In this section, we need to click on the ‘Edit’ button for area

‘Edit’ the row labelled ‘Net Profit’

On the following screen, we need to select the option field labelled Navigate to ‘Maps to Data Dictionary Field’ dropdown

This will produce a Use the dropdown list of available fields to map against, within the Burrow finova Client Portal system.

In this example, we would select the option called ‘Latest Years Net Profit App1’

Next we save Save the change by clicking the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the screen.
