Fact Find Mapping

Introduction

This guide will take you through the process of mapping a question in the finova Client Portal on-boarding fact find, into your finova CRM Fact Find


NOTE

Please ensure you have the following user permission turned-on against your user group:

Location: Home / System Settings / User Permission Groups & Set Permissions

 

 


Location

Navigate to the following screen:

Home / System Settings / File-Find Structure(s)

 


Select the Fact Find

Choose the fact find add/edit the mapping change(s).


Mapping a Question

In this example, we are going to map Applicant 1’s Self Employed Net Income for the previous year.

Select ‘Sections & Question’ for the row ‘Employment and Income’

 

 

Locate the ‘Self Employed’ area

‘Edit’ the row labelled ‘Net Profit’

 

Navigate to ‘Maps to Data Dictionary Field’ dropdown

 

Use the dropdown list of available fields to map within the finova Client Portal system.

In this example, select the option ‘Latest Years Net Profit App1’

 

Save the change by clicking the ‘Submit’ button

Repeat the above process for each question requiring mapping

Mapping is dependant on the field type:

Text fields in the CRM are linked to text fields in Client Portal

Numerical fields in CRM are mapped to numerical fields in Client Portal
