How to use Service Desk
Use the following link to access the service desk. https://ekeepergroup.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
Once you click on the link you will be presented with the image below. Your login invite will have been previously sent to you via email, if you are unable to find the invite please contact us.
After you have logged in you will be present with the screen below. This place is where you can go if you have a question, are experiencing an issue, want to raise a change request etc.
While it is primarily where you will log service desk tickets you can also use the search box to search through all of our help articles, simply begin typing and the service desk will suggest relevant articles to the topic.
