As well as being able to submit a ticket, you also have a powerful knowledge base at your finger tips. From the Service desk homepage you can use the search box to find a relevant article. You will soon notice that as you begin typing the service desk will offer up some articles from our knowledge base. You can also click to go directly to submitting a request.
