What are stage actions

These are notifications which appear when the user moves a given product into the specified stage.


Where do I go?

Navigate to the system settings area and select the option ‘Products’


How do I create a new stage action?

The stage driven actions are set on a product by product basis. Therefore, decide which product(s) you want the action linked with.

Then select the ‘Stage’ button.


Select the stage(s) to have an action

Now you have chosen the product, the next step is deciding which stage(s) you want the action linked with.

Then select the ‘Action’ button against the stage row you want.


Edit the stage action

Now you have chosen the stage, the next step is deciding what type of action(s) you wish to create.

Add New Action: 

There are a number of options available:

  • Create diary entry

  • Create notification

  • Change advisor

  • Populate a field within the case

  • Automatically quote for GI

  • Automatically quote for Conveyancing

  • No labels
