This page will allow you to search for a customer by their postcode prefix.
User Permissions
The specific user permission needs to be enabled to allow users to access and run reports.
Home > System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions > Click edit on the user group you wish to update

How to use the Postcode Prefix search
When you get to the “Case General & Applicant Criteria” section, you will need to navigate to the “Applicant Postcode” field.
You can also just input the first two letters of the postcode to show more results.
This is useful for those visiting firms in a certain area as you can see all firm in the relevant prefix with just one search.
Once you have inserted the applicant postcode, you then click search and all applicants with the inserted postcode will show.
