Navigate to your customer case and open their mortgage product.
You will see the Fact Find button located in the application details panel.
Select the Fact Find button.
Select the fact find you wish to use, then click on the Continue button
You are able to complete/check fact find questions, sections and pages, prior to making this available to your customer.
Click on the Finish button to exist this area.
You will be returned to the main product page.
Click on the Send to Burrow Portal button found in the ‘Application Details’ panel.
The fact find will appear immediately on the customer portal.
