Total number of mortgages completed/not completed, Best sales person, hours saved/active etc). Provide some ‘social reward’ and gamefify with 'Top X % broker firm. Could we anonymise collective stats from all broker firms so firms can see how they stand/rank against the average? Use as opportunity to upsell/cross sell other services. eg Did you know you could increase revenue by using pFMS etc. Use as a simple feedback mechanism to feed marketing comms ie Whats your 2023 goal? simple multiple choice answer.
