My Broker Panel - Watch List

Great feature… really useful… would want to be able to add a note as to why on watch list for reference to others in the team.
MC this could be incorporated in to change log to record addition/removal from panel, favourite and watchlist activity. The watch list would be used globally within the organisation (ie one watchlist for all to manage) rather than a version for each user.

My Broker Panel - Network Column

This is very useful as users could sort the column into those entries that belong to a network and those that don’t. However it would be better to have the name of the network and then sort the column into network member groups as well.

All Pages - Alerts (Advisories)

Users would absolutely love the colour coding that informs the user where they should be concentrating their efforts. However we would have our own criteria around when something should be flagged Amber or Red so would like to be able to customise the alerts.

Application - New Registrations (MC to review video to understand where each of these should be used).

My Broker Panel - Bulk Action Button

Users unlikely to use this… should be removed to avoid mistakes by junior staff… The user would go into the actual firm/individual record to act…. remove from panel, clear advisory, etc.

All Pages - Notification Drawer

The concept is good and would without doubt be useful. User should be able to choose the notification type displayed (ie change for positive, change for negative). Change for the negative is most important. Also would be good to include details on added favourites and those added to the watchlist.

Email Notifications

Very useful snapshot… not as useful as the notifications panel entries. Some users would require this weekly and other more often - daily or every other day.

Credit Safe

All screens well received. A single risk score is the paramount aim. Graphs showing historic data is also really useful. The designs opened up user ideas for other applications - compliance. A separate session has been proposed to show this to the wider team to gain feedback.

Applications Page

Well received… Requested display of BDM activity that has resulted in an application… current an icon is displayed against the application in the table if this firm/individual was on the BDM Panel and it was suggested that this be expanded so the BDM individual could be identified … ie BDM name. The designs opened up user ideas for other applications - Underwriters.

Reporting

The user wanted to create a report from the data that was available on any page… in a filtered / sorted state (ie export table view). Other examples of reports mentioned were… watchlist, favourites, All AR’s. Reports should be exportable to Excel (csv?).
