Introduction

You can manually reset your password by setting up your license specific security question and answer.

WARNING

The service desk will not reset your password without taking you through security protocols, which will include verification from your sites' account holder.

TOP TIP

If a coworker has the appropriate user permissions, they will be able to change your user password. This will be a lot quicker than asking the service desk to perform the request.


System Permissions

The specific user permission needs to be enabled to allow users to edit their security question


User Setup

Within the users details page the panel 'Account Verification' is now enabled.

Now click on the blue link “Update Security Question Details”.

A new pop-up screen will appear, where you will need to specify your secret question and answer.

Once you have entered these details, click on the “Update Security Details”.

IMPORTANT

Please ensure the email field highlighted has an email address entered.

It is this email address, that will be used to send the password reset communication.

Then save the user page.
