There are some fields available to you which will help you submit your request.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Raise this request on behalf of | This defaults to the name of the person submitting the request. If you are submitting a query on behalf of another user, you can change the name that is displayed. |
Summary | Here you can enter a single line summarising the request e.g. "New report request", "Quote Request for a feature... " |
Description | Here you can describe the requirements for your request i.e. what you want the request to achieve. Please include as much information as possible, this will prevent delays when quoting for any chargeable work or delays completing the requested task. |
Attachment | Here you can add any documents or images that support your request |

Submitting a question
To submit a question click on 'Question' that appears next to the speech bubbles.
