Whether you are editing a template or producing a document on a product, the process of using the extension is the same. For this guide we will be producing a document on a product
Head to the Document History panel and click Produce Document
2. Click the checkbox next to the document you want to produce
3. Click Edit
4. Click the Download file for editing button
5. Once the document downloaded confirmation appears, click the Open file button
6. Click Yes
7. To edit the document you will need to click Enable Editing
8. Once you have finished editing your document, click the save icon in the top left then close the window
9. Head back into eKeeper and click Save and close
Important:
For the extension to work it has to download a copy of the file you are editing into the downloads folder on your computer. We recommend periodically clearing the files out of your downloads folder.
