Introduction
📝 General notes
📝 Detail notes
From @Matt Gluszek (Unlicensed): Looks much better, more modern, and significantly would improve the flow. Seems more intuitive.
Brokers want to get through the FF as quick as possible.
Chris really liked the horizontal scroll for multiple applicants and thought it would reduce time consumption massively.
Good change to the navigation.
From @Piotrek Rak (Unlicensed) Looks more modern and intuitive, easier to understand.
They create a customer profile → Do the Fact Find → Then Add a Product
So the proper journey should be: GDPI, Fact Find, Research then Product
Demo
1. Fact Find Overview page
📝 General notes
📝 Detail notes
From @Matt Gluszek (Unlicensed): Look at the journey of getting to this page. Drawers and panels within the page are much better, quicker and a good solution overall. Good feedback on the mandatory questions indicator.
Make sure the flow has a minimum required number of steps and cut when needed unnecessary clicks. “Help us complete what we need to complete quicker”.
Good feedback on what the subsets would be for the customer, and what questions would they have in each of the 3 subsets.
From @Piotrek Rak (Unlicensed): Looks more modern and intuitive, easier to understand.
Multi applicant
Horizontal side by side is much better than before
Currently there are different pages for each, it opens a list of endless questions. Instead of it, horizontal “side by side” is so much functional
Top nav
“I think it’s good”
Progress Bar
Progress bar is really good
Introducing Drawers
it’s a good way to displaying core details, without having to go to different sections. It’s great that it can be easily activated and deactivated
Pages
Questions counter is definitely a good idea. Although I think we still need to explore what’s the best data to show, whether it’s how many mandatory questions per all questions, or how many questions have been answered
2. Fact Find Inputs page
📝 General notes
📝 Detail notes
From @Matt Gluszek (Unlicensed): Comments like “Much slicker” and “wow” appeared a number of times. The client loved the look and feel, also how easy it is to scan the page.
LHS Navigation - very Positive feedback.
Would be good to guide Brokers a bit further with some context under “i” icon next to questions.
They lock pages to mark them as “completed”.
From @Piotrek Rak (Unlicensed):
Left nav
Left nav idea is much better than and intuitive than dropdown, it’s constantly visible - also it’s easy to see what section is completed
Sometimes brokers have problems with saving Fact Find, so autosave is a good improvement that will make their lifes easier
Locking a page is definitely not clear. I think it’s worth to make a step back and rethink CTAs and labelling. What does “submit fact find” stand for, what does “save and finish” do etc
Some kind of bookmark would be nice so they can note where they finished and want to continue next time
Brokers usually save fact find rather than submit.
Default naming: Name/ Product/Date - that works
💭 Ideas
Add “Recommendation panel”.
Would be good to have a timer or a day stamp on a submitted/completed FF to make sure they comply within 7 days window when they have to submit it to the lender.
Would it be possible (i.e. after two years) for Brokers to pull out the FF and just amend it?
AML checks to be put in the FF overview?
We could have vulnerability in the drawer.
Add a comment option, i.e. leave it next to a section that needs more attention or needs to go back to it.
Ability to drag and drop credit reports into fact find
