Introduction
📝 General notes
📝 Detail notes
Overall big thumbs up, positive feedback on all 3 sections. Mark can't wait for it to be released. He would also love to be more involved in the redesign process, whether it's an interview or quick 15 min call to discuss some ideas / changes.

1. Wizard
📝 General notes
📝 Detail notes
He loves the wizard.
“BIG TIME” ~ Mark Davis.
Even though he's a super user, he wants to be able to use it
First thing he said was the missing feature “find existing applicants”
Definitely good idea with the guidance section. “Don’t show again” is great, he can just turn it off. This might have a huge impact on new users, they might struggle with creating a new case. But that might also help experienced users
BIG THUMBS on existing applicants. Make sure it’s scrollable, as a big firm he may end up with even 20 applicants in the dropdown. It’s quick, and he loves the idea that he doesn’t have to do so many clicks as currently. He says a phone number and an email is enough to identify a customer. Phone number is not as important as email though. He doesn’t want to have too much data on one screen.
Sometimes they might not have last name. Don’t make these fields mandatory. One piece of data should be enough to create an applicant. Sometimes you don’t have email and phone after 1st conversation. Sometimes they don’t even have last name.
Adding and searching for products is perfect. Simple is good.
He prefers to land on product when he created a case in wizard. That would be the expected behaviour. Applicable when only one product has been added
2. Case Summary
📝 General notes
📝 Detail notes
He likes the left hand nav with products and applicants. The way the Summary, Timeline and Quotes is presented is very modern. Much better use of real estate than using tabs as in the current CRM. Positive feedback on top nav bar aswell. He likes that we keep everything consistent, e.g. drawer experience

Indeed add note and create diary, are the most used actions. He’s not sure about upload file. But notes and diary are 2 main functions they do after creating a case
He had an idea to have these quick actions on left hand side, displayed after selecting a product for instance
He likes consistency. When linking an applicant data birth is not the best idea to identify users. Phone number and email are a better way
He agrees essential contact consent is not needed. He would like to see how the consent was granted. Was it written or verbal? They usually email customers after 1st contact. Tick on with “customer received privacy policy”. Marketing consent is the key one. He likes the fact it’s simplified and quick. Some other firms may ask for post consent for example. He has just one single version
There are some other fields that he thinks might be worth to link
He loves drawer experience, instead of popping windows
When adding products to a case, he doesn’t associate products at all.
He would like to be able to add for instance 2 mortgages at the same time. Currently you can select only one Mortgage, and then you need to repeat the process.
In case he doesn’t know what product to assign, he just uses Mortgage and then changes it. Actually they change product type a lot. It’s not a problem when they don’t know what product to assign. It’s just quick and simple process, so not a problem at all
Would be nice to add a quick visual clue to product container [block], show an applicant icon or something, to quickly capture how many applicants are on a particular product
3. Product

“Say to @Matt Oxley that I was wrong, and I really like it. Big thumbs up! Massive step forward.” ~ Mark Davis, 11.25.2022
☝🏻 In regards to the new layout, and grouping panels
”Pay rise” for notes section - exactly how he would like it to be
It’s very clean. Relevant data comes up. He doesn’t have to scroll that much anymore to get the data. This is why he loves it.
Paginate long panels. Sometimes there are hundreds of notes, and he hates scrolling them. He has to scroll a lot on daily basis. Some cases are getting too big, and pagination would solve the problem
Its important to keep the ability to set the page as you want. So moving panels around, changing their size etc
He likes the idea to take away big applicants blocks, and show the details in a drawer instead. Currently he has to scroll a lot to get the data.
He prefers the idea that document panels are split, not combined into one big panel
Add importance - low medium high - to Diary entry details
One of the most important things is allow them to add more than 1 custom panel
He loves the new Diary idea. He loves that he can have calendar view combined with Diary, so he doesn’t have to have 2 separate windows opened anymore
They don’t have solution builder in CRM.
Visually Quotes works for him. He would like to see only solution builder. (?) Separate illustrations panels - for each integration separate panel. IDEA - For instance when he selects UINsure- it works as filter, and then only illustrations from UINsure are displayed. He would love this
