As well as being able to submit a ticket, you also have a powerful knowledge base at your finger tips. From the Service desk homepage (figure 8), you can use the search box to find a relevant article.

You will soon notice, that as you begin typing the service desk will offer up some articles from our knowledge base (figure 9)
