Burrow Release 1.91.0

Introduction

These software release notes cover all system modifications for this version of the Burrow system.

The release notes list the bug fixes and known issues provided in this release and are aimed at operational users of the system.

These release notes do not aim to go into technical detail about specific changes or to be the basis for system testing plans.

Testing for this release was carried out in accordance with the test plans as created by the Burrow Quality Assurance Team.

Portal	Minor UI improvements to the Burrow Portal
Portal	The visibility of Burrow FactFind questions can now be configuring, enabling a whitelabel to select which questions they do/do not wish to have included as part of their Burrow FactFind.
Portal	Rendering the visibility of questions configured by a whitelabel on the Burrow FactFind task.
Portal	Creating a Document Library in the Burrow Portal enabling an applicant to access previously uploaded, acknowledged and signed documents associated with their case.
Portal	Enabling an applicant to submit previously uploaded, acknowledged and signed documents to complete a task to their broker from the Document Library.
Portal	Creating an API endpoint to enable Burrow Portal to receive Case Notes from CRM.
Onboarding	Release of Mobile Verification Service to enable enquiries to be verified with One Time Passcode
Onboarding	Onboarding Transactional E-mails have been moved to SendInBlue. E-mails include; Welcome E-mail, Lead Enquiry, Reset Password and Contact Strategy related.
Onboarding	The ability to provide an enquiry with the ability to contact the broker by sending an e-mail directly from the mortgage report.
Onboarding	Enabling an enquiry to set a reminder to be contacted a later date regarding the mortgage process.
Onboarding	As part of including SMS as a channel, where an enquiry has taken no action after viewing their Mortgage report, a reminder SMS is sent to reengage them to contact the broker firm.
Onboarding	Extending the functionality of requesting a callback by providing up to 4 time frame options for an enquiry to choose from to optimise the best time to contact a customer.
Onboarding	Minor copy amendments to the Onboarding Registration Screen.
Onboarding	Providing Mobile Verification metrics for Onboarding enquiries.
Onboarding	Migrating Custom Domains for Onboarding E-mails to SendInBlue.
Onboarding	Updating the Nationwide Affordability Calculator to reflect the changes made by Nationwide and return up to date lending figures.
