Burrow Release 1.92.0

Introduction

These software release notes cover all system modifications for this version of the Burrow system.

The release notes list the bug fixes and known issues provided in this release and are aimed at operational users of the system.

These release notes do not aim to go into technical detail about specific changes or to be the basis for system testing plans.

Retention

Whitelabels are now able to have their own defined Retention WF which enables the ability to tailor different messaging within the e-mail templates. Requires configuration by an internal admin. Please reach out to Burrow Support for further guidance on set up.

Portal/CRM

Internal API to enable Case Notes to be received to CRM from the Burrow Portal

Portal/CRM

Applicants are able to send a case note/comment via the Burrow Portal to CRM.

Portal

A notification e-mail is sent to applicants when a case note is created and made visible to the Burrow Portal.

Onboarding

When an enquiry is raised via Onboarding and sent to CRM, the response information is now stored.

Portal/CRM

The ability for a CRM user to decide if they wish to make a case note visible to the Burrow Portal.

Bug

Bug resolves a 500 error issue that was experienced on Production.

Retention

Product References are now synced to SendInBlue to enable the usage of this information as a merge field within e-mail templates.
