We continually review our system to deliver new tools designed to streamline efficiency in your business and

increase productivity. When building these new features we carefully review the database and implement

testing procedures, so SENRO continues to be scalable, stable and deliver longer term objectives.

This means, to provide more functionality and meet further expectations of users, all our upgrades are

reviewed by a business analyst to ensure they are implemented with careful consideration of the purpose,

both now and in the future.

Our upgrades aim to deliver the wishes of our users but also accommodate industry changes or market

conditions. Our objective is to improve both the interface and database structure to deliver better efficiency,

more functionality and less data duplication.

We conduct extensive UAT (user acceptance testing) of SENRO in preparation of releases. We expect you to

be able to use SENRO free of any issues. If you encounter a problem, we have an automatic reporting system.

Therefore, if you experience a problem and see the screen below, you don't need to call us as we will have

been notified and will deal with the problem immediately and inform you as soon as it's been fixed and

updated.
