Getting Started with Twenty7Tec

This guide will show you how to setup and use your Twenty7Tec and the integration with your finova CRM


Integrating your Twenty7Tec login


Source your Twenty7Tec account's unique credentials from Twenty7Tec:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Encryption ID

by emailing Twenty7Tec on registrations@twenty7tec.com - or call 01202 553457


Example email

My name is (Practice Principal's Name) from (Your Firm's Name) , I would like to use the Twenty7Tec integration on our finova CRM, my eKeeper site URL is (eg. https://example.ekeeperonline.co.uk), please may you email our site's ‘Client ID', 'Client Secret' and 'Encryption ID' to the finova CRM.


Twenty7Tec will email these details to our support team - broker.support@finova.tech (support@ekeepergroup.co.uk)


If required, provide Twenty7Tec with your 'Redirect URL' by adding /php/Twenty7TecOAuthFinal.php after your eKeeper URL. e.g. https://example.ekeeperonline.co.uk/php/Twenty7TecOAuthFinal.php


Setting up your Twenty7Tec 

Once eKeeper Support have updated your system, enable the following permission. This can be found in System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions



With this enabled access the Twenty7Tec integration config within System Settings and ‘Resubscribe to notifications’



Access your eKeeper details page and within the Twenty7Tec Integration Setup panel your Username and Password are saved


Choose 'Yes' to activate Twenty7Tec for this user and choose to 'Register new user with Twenty7Tec'


Utilising the Twenty7Tec Integration 

Within a case and use the 'Export to Twenty7Tec' button within the footer bar



Select the applicants you wish to quote for and grant access




This will load Twenty7Tec into a new browser window where sourcing can take place


Whilst sourcing in Twenty7Tec eKeeper will maintain a holding page




eKeeper will then be updated with the imported illustration(s) within the Product Details panel when the page is closed



Choose “Show Illustrations” to reveal further data



The action buttons will allow you 'Select' and 'De-select' products and thus applying them to the case
