Air Sourcing
The following guide will walk you through the process of enabling and using Air Sourcing within your finvoa CRM
Introduction
Air Sourcing is used as an Equity Release sourcing system
You will need to hold an account with Air directly to use this Integration
Setting up the CRM for Air Sourcing
Notify finova Support of your intention to use Air Sourcing
This will enable the Equity Release option in within your ‘Edit Your Details’
Enter your Username and Password
Beginning the Integration
Access the product and choose Mortgage from the footer bar
Select AiR Sourcing
Sourcing Setup
Specify the product required within the pop-up window and ‘Continue’
Trouble Shooting
An error occurred. Please try again later or contact support: Unable to process event subscription request (Unable to Process Event)
This can occur when the password does not match the online password. AiR-Sourcing advise a password reset to refresh both online and the integration.
