The following guide will walk you through the process of enabling TriGold to work within Google Chrome

 

Introduction

TriGold is not a cloud based solution and thus for the integration to work a setup file has to be installed on the device you wish to use

Once downloaded the installer will launch when required

 

Setting up the CRM for the TriGold Integration

 

  • TriGold will be installed in the same location on all systems and thus the installation location needs to be saved within the CRM

 

  • Ensure your ‘Edit Your Details’ contains the right credentials:

    • TriGold Path: C:/Program Files (x86)/IRESS/TrigoldProspector

    • TriGold Data Path: C:/ProgramData/IRESS/TrigoldProspector

 

Starting the TriGold Integration

 

  • Within the Product Details set out the Product parameters and ‘Save’

  • I would fill in a FF first also because some of these details get passed into Trigold

  • And when you’re in the integrator all of these are also going to have be filled in otherwise it will shout at you

 

  • Use the Mortgage option within the footer bar to ‘Export to Trigold'

 

The finova Client Integrator

 

  • The installed integrator will now launch

 

  • Tick the ‘Always allow’ should you wish to not authorise the use of the integrator each time you source with TriGold

 

  • Continue by selecting ‘Open finovaClientIntegrator’

 

TriGold

 

  • TriGold will start independently and sourcing can begin

Importing from TriGold

 

  • Once the illustration has been produced close down all associated windows to TriGold

 

  • The CRM will automatically import the illustration

 

Selecting the Illustration

 

  • Now imported (potentially more than one source result) you can choose whether to complete the illustration(s) import

 

  • If choosing to ‘Select' an illustration this will complete the Product Details on the Product page

 

  • You can also select whether to import the Sourcing results

 

  • Once selections made select ‘Submit’ to proceed

 

 

 

  • If you choose to import more than one illustration then you can select your chosen product from within the Product Details panel
