Point of Sale — Mortgage Search

Entering your Search Criteria

Search Criteria:-

  • In the below screen enter the clients Search Criteria, once Search Criteria is completed, click on the 'Security Details Tab:



Note

The Lender List appearing on this page can be configured to include / exclude Lenders. This process is covered in the 'Configuration User guide' under 'Lender Searches'.


Security Details

  • In the below screen enter the "Security Details" of the Purchase Property and/or any other properties that are to be included as equity,
  • Once Security Details have been entered, proceed to the Funding Details Tab.


Note

You can have multiple securities checked as "Purchase", however if more than 2 are selected for "Purchase" the below Warning message will appear. Click OK to acknowledge and carry on with search.


Funding Details

  • The Funding Details Tab is where you will complete Complete Loan Splits, Loan Values & Funds to perform complete calculations.
  • Once you have completed the Funding Details proceed to the 'Loan Details' Tab.



Note

A more accurate Funds to Complete calculation appears again in "Repayment Schedule" section after the Product has been selected. Funds to Complete are provided here for as an approximate overview.


Loan Details

  • The Loan Details tab is where you can select loan attributes, repayment options and rate details.
  • Once information has been completed in the Loan Details Tab, proceed to the 'Capacity Tab'.


Note

Fields within this page have been set to default to particular selections—these selections will return the most results in a product search. You can amend these selections and select additional attributes to narrow down the search results when searching for a particular product.
