Generating a Fact-find (Senro sales tools)

Note

You must first configure a fact find, before a fact find can be completed for a client.

Accessing the Fact Find Tools;-

  • Open the relevant Client file.
  • Click on 'Fact Find' from the Sales Process dropdown on the button navigation bar.

Generating a New Fact Find

Editing a Client Fact Find;-


Note

Once you have generated your client fact find, it may take a few seconds for the fields to be populated with the information from the clients file. This may take longer if you have a large fact find with lots of questions, or you have more than 2 clients associated to the fact find.

Please be patient, whilst the Fact Find collects and sorts the information.
