The above drop-down allows you to set when this system template should ALWAYS request an e-signature, it is optional but defaults to OFF or it is optional and defaults to ON.
By selecting one of these three options, the panel will expand with the following fields:
This will allow you to create a personalised message to your email recipient, along with the use of merge fields, should you wish to reference the product details e.g. lender and lender reference.
We are now ready to create or edit the document which the end recipient will sign upon receipt.
The system requires the following entry (mergefield) to know where the signature should appear:
<<eSign_SignHere>>
You only need one entry in your document, even if you’re requesting two signatures.
Once you have placed this where you would like it to appear, change the text colour to WHITE, this is so that SIGNHERE doesn’t appear in the background of your final document.
The below is an example of how your template should look for a sole application , when you only need applicant 1 to sign :
Â
<<App1FullName>> Please Sign :
Â
<<eSign_SignHere>>
Next, is an example of how it should look for a joint application , when you need applicant 1 & applicant 2 to sign :
Â
<<App1FullName>> and <<App2FullName>> Please Sign :
<<eSign_SignHere>>
Â
